                Making butter 

       We need cream jar ( glass jar 

We have pikelets whipped cream jam 

1.put cream in to the jar .

2.shake the jar until the cream turns lumpy and yellowish white .

3.butter our pikelets and put jam or whipped cream 

Today we made pikelets we put butter on the it then we put jam on then we ate
it the test was so good.

PENN News Term 4

This is our last PENN movie for Room 11 2019. I really enjoyed dressing up and putting on a play. I liked learning about how to keep ourselves safe in and around water at Glen Innes Aquatics. Making Fruit kababs was awesome. Playing Chubby Bunny for our our writing experience. Our treasure box has been full of fun and treats and slime. Reading about pizza and then we made pizza. We went to the beach to explore the rock pools, that was lot of fun. We have had so much fun learning together in Room 11.

Kiwi sport Hockey Every Tuesday morning we learn how to play Hockey. We play on the courts by the staffroom when the weather is fine and in the hall when it rains. We learn Skills about hockey so we are able to play properly. Our coaches are 2 lovely ladies who love to play hockey and want to share their knowledge with our school. First the coaches had to tell us to get the ball and stick and then they told us to put the stick on the floor then we started to play

Spaghetti and Marshmallow Tower

today in cyber smart we learnt about smart Relationships qualities .  In my group was Isabelle and Kasaline.  We built a tower with sticks and marshmallows. It worked a little bit. WE had to have teamwork and listening skills and helping each other. and we had fun but we had 10 mins to built then our time was up then we had to see what cm and our one was 28 cm .

Mussels and shrimps

Mussels are like barnacles but they have barnacles Stick to the shell and they feel slimy when you Touch it the oli will come out and when you smell it .it smells like sea water and when you look at  it .it like a fluffy beard and when you try to Squish it the shell is Protection from Getting Squashed and Prawns are like shrimps but they have the same eyes that is black
